Amp'd Mobile on Friday filled for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. The company is reported to owe approximately US $100 million to various debtors. This move appears to be a last ditch effort to reorganize and consolidate debt, hopefully allowing the company to stay in business and continue to serve its 200,000 or so subscribers.
