Less than two weeks since the release of the Apple iPhone, rumors have been circulating that Apple might already have a smaller version of the iPhone in the works, appropriately named the iPhone Nano. Just as the iPod was slimmed down significantly in the compact iPod Nano, the iPhone Nano - if rumors are true - will be noticeably smaller than the current iPhone. Apple will likely cut some features, while streamlining others. One major drawback to a smaller iPhone, of course, is a smaller screen-space, though the device is expected to retain the iPhone's touchscreen interface.
